Support and automatic product updates are provided for the term defined by the account type and are based on the date of purchase. After the subscription has expired a new subscription will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
Our order process is conducted by Stripe.com. For subscription purchases, refunds will be prorated based on actual usage within 3 days of payment. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of any features used during this period. After 3 days, no refunds will be provided. For on-demand purchases, no refunds are available after purchase.
